Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using EOND SEO (https://seo.eond.com, the "Service") operated by EOND Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and members.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and created an account.
- "Guest" means a person who uses part of the Service (limited carousel creation, SEO Debug, etc.) without registering.
- "Carousel" means JSON-LD structured data created with the Service, together with the information entered for it.
- "Paid plan" means a plan, such as Lite or Pro, that is used in exchange for payment.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
The Company posts these Terms on the Service. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws, and will give notice of any amendment starting 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to members). Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service and withdraw their membership.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
Users register by entering an email address and password and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If a person uses another person's information or enters false information, the Company may refuse registration or later restrict use.
Article 5 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)
Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company will process the request without delay. If a member violates Article 11, the Company may restrict use or revoke membership after prior notice (or with notice after the fact in urgent cases).
Article 6 (Services)
- Generating and copying carousel JSON-LD code for search engines such as Naver
- Saving, editing, and managing members' carousels (subject to plan limits)
- SEO Debug tool (checking meta tags, Open Graph, and share previews)
- Providing information such as SEO guides, and responding to inquiries
Article 7 (Changes to and Suspension of Services)
The Company may change the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons, and may temporarily suspend the Service for unavoidable reasons such as equipment maintenance, outages, or natural disasters. Where advance notice is possible, the Company will give notice beforehand.
Article 8 (Fees and Payment)
- Plans: Free (₩0), Lite pass (₩3,300 for 30 days), Pro pass (₩9,900 for 30 days). What each plan includes is as shown on the Pricing page.
- Each paid plan is a 30-day passand does not renew automatically. Buying the same plan again adds 30 days after the remaining period; buying Pro while on Lite starts a 30-day Pro period from that day. Lite cannot be purchased while Pro is active.
- Digital content (eBooks) is sold at the price shown on the product page, and once payment is confirmed, the purchasing member can download it.
- Payment is made by KakaoPay transfer(domestic) or PayPal(international). For KakaoPay transfer, the exact amount shown on screen must be sent for each order; if the amount differs, confirmation may be delayed. The Company does not receive or store card information.
- Payment is complete when the Company confirms receipt of funds (by automatic deposit notification or operator confirmation), and the pass or content is provided from that point.
- Corporate businesses(entities registered as corporations under their business registration number) are limited to the Pro plan when making payments.
- If fees change, notice will be given 30 days before the change takes effect, and periods already paid for will not be affected.
Article 9 (Withdrawal of Order and Refunds)
- Passes: If the request is made within 7 days of payment and no paid features (Deep check, reports, Google Search Console integration) have been used, a full refund is issued. If paid features have been used or 7 days have passed, the refund is the prorated amount for the remaining period minus the fee for the period already used.
- eBook: Before download, a full refund is issued within 7 days of payment. Once the file has been downloaded even once, withdrawal of the order is restricted(Article 17(2)(5) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). The Company informs buyers of this on the payment screen in advance.
- If the file does not open or its content differs significantly from the description, the Company will issue a refund or provide the file again even after download.
- Refunds are requested via Contact(Payment/Fees) and are returned through the original payment method (KakaoPay transfer or PayPal). Refunds are processed within 3 business days after confirmation.
Article 10 (Coupons)
The Company may issue coupons that grant additional creations or similar benefits. Coupons can be used only within the specified period and conditions, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
Article 11 (Member Obligations)
Members must not engage in the following:
- Misappropriating another person's account or personal information, or registering false information
- Automated requests that place excessive load on the Service or other people's servers, or attempts to bypass security
- Misusing the SEO Debug tool beyond its intended purpose, such as probing internal networks
- Creating or publishing, as carousels, content that violates the law or infringes on the rights of others
- Copying or reselling the Service without authorization
Article 12 (Rights to Content)
Rights to the carousels and information created by members belong to the members. The Company uses them only to the extent necessary to provide the Service (storage, display, and backup). Rights to the Service itself (screens, code, and design) belong to the Company.
Article 13 (Company Obligations)
The Company complies with applicable laws and these Terms and strives to provide the Service reliably. Members' personal information is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 14 (Limitation of Liability)
- Applying structured data generated by the Service does not guarantee appearance or ranking in search results. Whether content appears is determined by each search engine's criteria.
- SEO Debug results and guides are provided for reference only.
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, causes attributable to the member, or failures of third-party services (search engines, payment processors, etc.), unless the Company acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Article 15 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes relating to the use of the Service will first be resolved through good-faith consultation. If a lawsuit is filed, the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act will have jurisdiction, and the laws of the Republic of Korea will apply.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on October 5, 2026.
The amended Terms (Version 1.2: payment methods and refunds in Articles 8 and 9, and eBooks) take effect on October 6, 2026. Paid payments were not available before this date.
